The airline can not find my booking?

If the airline cannot find your booking, it may be because you have not used the correct airline reference number. This number contains both letters and numbers and is different from your Sembo booking number.

You can find the airline reference number in your booking confirmation. This is the code you need to provide when contacting the airline or checking in.

Please note that it can take up to five days after booking before your flight appears in the airline’s system. If it has been less than five days, we recommend waiting a bit and trying again later.
