The hotel can not find my booking (before my arrival) - what can I do?

Have you received travel documents from us - then your booking is confirmed. It can take up to 72 hours before your booking is registered by the hotel. Is your arrival within 72 hours, inform about hotels booking number - you will find the number on your voucher under "Your ref:" in your contact with the hotel. Does the hotel still not find your booking - please contact us.
