If your booking was not completed, we recommend trying again—preferably with a different airline or on different travel dates.
If no booking was made but a payment amount appears to be reserved on your account, this reservation will be automatically released within approximately 3 business days. If no amount is visible or if you have questions about the transaction, please contact your bank for more information.
