I was refused boarding - can I get any compensation?

If you were denied boarding, we recommend that you:

  • contact the airline directly to ask about possible compensation

  • check with your credit card provider, as some cards include travel protection

  • contact your travel insurance company to see if coverage applies

The airline is responsible for informing you of your rights in cases of denied boarding, including any compensation under applicable laws such as EU Regulation 261/2004.
