My luggage was damaged - can I get any compensation?

If your luggage was damaged, we recommend the following:

  • Contact the airline directly to report the damage

  • If you paid with a credit card, check if your card includes travel insurance

  • Contact your private travel insurance provider to see if luggage damage is covered

If you included luggage insurance from Solid in your booking, you should contact Solid using the contact details provided in your travel documents.
