I have a cancellation insurance and I want to cancel

If you want to use your cancellation insurance, please remember that the booking must be cancelled before the scheduled outbound flight. The cancellation must be confirmed by email.

The cancellation insurance applies in case of:

  • acute illness

  • accident

  • death

This must affect you, your travel companion, spouse or partner, child, parent, or sibling. The reason for cancellation must not have been known at the time of booking. The insurance does not cover known illnesses or complications related to pregnancy after the 30th week.

After cancellation, you must submit a valid medical certificate within 14 days. The certificate must:

  • refer to this specific trip

  • be signed and stamped by a doctor

  • include contact details

  • clearly state that the passenger is unable to travel due to a sudden and serious medical reason

If the claim is approved, 95% of the cancellation cost will be refunded. The cancellation insurance fee, the 5% deductible, and any non-refundable products are not refunded.
