Yes, Sembo offers a product called rebookable flight ticket. This can be selected and paid for at the time of booking. It cannot be added after the booking has been completed.
This service allows you to rebook your flight, depending on availability. The new trip must be completed within one year from the original booking date.
This is Sembo’s own product, meaning that the airline may not consider the ticket rebookable under their rules. All changes must be made through our flight department.
To rebook your flight:
Contact our flight department by email
Request must be made during our opening hours: weekdays (non-holidays), 9 am–3 pm Central European time
The request must be sent at least 48 hours before the original departure
Additional information:
If there is a fare or tax difference, the customer must pay it
Name changes and corrections are not included
You cannot change departure or arrival airports
You must fly with the same airline as originally booked
Stopovers cannot be added
The service can only be used once
It cannot be used after the outbound flight has departed
The cost of the service is non-refundable, even if the ticket is cancelled
You are responsible for managing any added services such as luggage and seats
If you miss any flight, the rebookable ticket service becomes invalid
All rebooking communication is handled by email. The main passenger must confirm the change in writing. Sembo will not make any changes without the main passenger’s written approval.
