Why is my name spelled different on the flight ticket?

Our system only supports letters from the English alphabet. If your name includes special characters or letters that are not part of the English alphabet, the system will automatically replace them with standard characters. This also applies to capitalisation, spaces, and hyphens, which may be removed or adjusted.

This is completely normal and does not affect the validity of your ticket, as long as the name matches your passport to a reasonable degree and the correct information was entered during the booking.

You may also notice that a title such as "MR" or "MS" is added at the end of your name on the flight ticket. This is standard formatting used by airlines and is not something that needs to be changed.
